Why should I report an Issue with tellows - Caller ID & Block?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of tellows to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It keeps a call history log too! The ads are not intrusive at all for the free versionIt could not block spam calls and yet always inaccurately shows junk calls from other countries, but actually, many times, when I picked up my cellphone to answer the calls, which were from my own town! However, I directly checked the numbers by browsing your websites, it would attempt to tell the sources of the suspected calls those were in my own town.

2. Why would Tellows have a totally inaccurate call history, especially since I allowed all permissions??"Oops... That's wasn't supposed to happen!"? Edit: It's working on another IP, so I think you guys blocked my IP... I was just verifying some numbers.

3. Queer apps!I don't like to leave one star reviews but....I allowed all permissions when I started the app but when I looked at the call history, I did not recognize any number Tellows listed.

4. I've had fewer calls though, so for now, I'm going to continue to use the app.It might sort of half work It was fine at first, now the call log rarely shows blocked calls.

5. Had this app installed, set up and logged in for a week (yes it has all permissions granted that it asked for, and there was a strong & working Internet connection with the call came in).

6. It doesn't block calls, (which is a benefit for me); instead a rating comes up based on previous user experiences with the phone number.

1. Fix tellows Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tellows: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tellows App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tellows" » Open tellows - Caller ID & Block » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tellows » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tellows - Caller ID & Block app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tellows servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tellows - Caller ID & Block" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tellows app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tellows might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tellows. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tellows then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tellows not working

2. Fix tellows Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tellows be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tellows not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tellows may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
