1. Am uninstalling it after my weeks subscription.Big waste of time fighting ads that took up the whole screen n hid the "X" so I couldn't close it until the timer counted down n the "X" reappeared or sound ads that blast their message by hi jacking n unmuting my muted sound! I've never seen such obnoxious ads! Once I got past them, the program dropped 6 times.

2. Once I changed it to "disconnect" calls instead of the "default" option, it caught and ignored all 10 calls I received from that area code! Finally, some peace!!I have found the app to be wonderful and of great use.

3. Also cant see send or receive picture messages Keep getting error the app has stoppes working closw or wait to respond.

4. Why on Earth would I pay for this if the free version is useless????I've been getting 15+ calls from the same area code for the past few days.

5. The back button arrow does not work, no way to exit out of the dial pad (unless I'm just slow), blank white space above keypad when tapped brings up a contact at random since I can't see it.

6. The only thing i can't seem to work out is the recording of calls it seems to only record my voice if i do not put it on speaker.

7. I am not always in a situation to put my phone on speaker and i need the calls recorded.I paid for this app so i could identify the ID of the number that called me but it failed to show the ID.

8. I'm glad I did! At first it let a call through and I was so frustrated, but unlike the other apps, this one had settings I could change.

9. Would have awarded 5 stars if I didn't have to wait a few seconds for the dial pad icon to reappear after scrolling through my contacts.

10. The layout isn't that great, and it doesn't seem to allow you to chose the layout of how you wish to view your contacts.

11. I didn't get who is calling me, which are saved numbers and unknown numbers are only shows name , i can't pic the call.

1. Restart True ID Caller Name, Caller ID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the True ID Caller Name, Caller ID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "True ID Caller Name, Caller ID" » Open True ID Caller Name, Caller ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for True ID Caller Name, Caller ID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear True ID Caller Name, Caller ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from True ID Caller Name, Caller ID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "True ID Caller Name, Caller ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check True ID Caller Name, Caller ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, True ID Caller Name, Caller ID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall True ID Caller Name, Caller ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall True ID Caller Name, Caller ID then reinstall.
