Why should I report an Issue with Caller ID & Call Blocker?

1. It controlled your lock screen, alarms, internet, took random screenshots, your messages, phone calls, draws over all the apps all the time when someone calls or messages.

2. the app honestly sold itself... Thanks.. Keep up the good work..It works most of the time ,it's better than most I've tried considering it's free, once you identify call then it will screen it.

3. Also if you have to leave the phone screen to navigate something else on your phone there's a big ad covering the whole thing! I get why you have the ads, but can you make them more manageable and maybe shrink them to where it makes it easier to navigate around them!? Otherwise I'm not really having any other issues with this app.

4. Contrary to what the response claims, the app continues to block ALL callers who are not in my contact list, even after reinstall.3 days, works great, and I'm seldom this satisfied with apps and software.

For a good app I would rather pay five to ten times the price of the subscription but then own it outright rather than having yet another subscription looming over my head that I need to monitor so I won't forget to cancel it in time.This app is more focused on showing you Ads than doing any good.

6. And even if it had, having to go through a popup when a call ends, you open your phone, or you plug or unplug your charger is annoying as hell.

7. So far I don't mind the app...much! One thing that is REALLY aggravating, is that when you try to hang up there is an ad covering the entire screen so you either have to click on the ad or close your phone out.

8. You get ads every time you complete a call with a pop up, that is bit of a nuisance when you're trying to do things with your phone.

9. Until paying TWO times, the app did not work, and it does not even give caller ID, it merely says "Private Caller" unless they are on your contact list.

10. After every phone call I get a full screen ad.

11. What good is an app if you cannot add a contact? It should be quite intuitive to do this, don;t you think? Alas, I could not figure it out... too many ads distracting me I guess.

1. Fix Caller ID & Call Blocker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Caller ID & Call Blocker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Caller ID & Call Blocker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Caller ID & Call Blocker" » Open Caller ID & Call Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Caller ID & Call Blocker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Caller ID & Call Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Caller ID & Call Blocker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Caller ID & Call Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Caller ID & Call Blocker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Caller ID & Call Blocker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Caller ID & Call Blocker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Caller ID & Call Blocker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Caller ID & Call Blocker not working

2. Fix Caller ID & Call Blocker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Caller ID & Call Blocker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Caller ID & Call Blocker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Caller ID & Call Blocker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
