1. Needs options to compress spaces and especially to change font size.Great idea, but I don't see a way to list by last name and it isn't very user friendly.

2. No favorites so I have to search the whole list if can't remember the name i'm looking for but has preset categories to use to organize data.

3. It gives new & meaningful info to my list of contacts.Easy way to keep and update, I used for all passwords instead of phones.

4. Data Can't move to other phones.Obtrusive ads which interupt my ability to use my phone.

5. You can add addresses, phone numbers, emails and there's a notes section for websites, opening times of your favourite takeaways etc.

6. Later you enter all your Names of Accounts and in phone # just add dummy number and add any alpha numerics.

7. Trick at the begining not to allow any pop up to load your phone list.

8. It's new so I'll give a little time.Can't edit out duplicate name and number entry's.

9. I gave two stars because from what i could tell, besides the ads, it was a fairly decent design.Simple item, practical, useful.

10. Basic and easy to use I would recommend it.It takes a bit of practice but I really like it, it's the best address book I've had.

1. Fix Address Book and Contacts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Address Book and Contacts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Address Book and Contacts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Address Book and Contacts" » Open Address Book and Contacts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Address Book and Contacts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Address Book and Contacts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Address Book and Contacts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Address Book and Contacts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Address Book and Contacts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Address Book and Contacts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Address Book and Contacts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Address Book and Contacts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Address Book and Contacts not working

2. Fix Address Book and Contacts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Address Book and Contacts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Address Book and Contacts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Address Book and Contacts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
