1. I dont know if there is an option to 'refuse to be seen on getcontact' now all the scams easier to hide their identity .. ckckckTried to open the app on my new phone but it keeps asking the verifying my phone number on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Getcontact Issues
1. Fix Getcontact Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Getcontact: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Getcontact App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Getcontact" » Open Getcontact » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Getcontact » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Getcontact app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Getcontact servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Getcontact" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Getcontact app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Getcontact might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Getcontact. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Getcontact then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Getcontact not working
2. Fix Getcontact Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Getcontact be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Getcontact not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Getcontact may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
