Getcontact Customer Insights
1. I dont know if there is an option to 'refuse to be seen on getcontact' now all the scams easier to hide their identity .. ckckckTried to open the app on my new phone but it keeps asking the verifying my phone number on my phone.
2. But it become annoying for some people to make a hashtag with a complete name and a complete address, it didn't have any boundaries at all, like there's no privacy at all and you can't ask other people to stop adding hashtag as they wantI can't sign up this app.
3. Is this how you develop apps?When unknown number calls, it says "The number you have searched must be a Getcontact user in order for you to view all 13 tags added for it".
4. My network connection is stable, so there is bug in this appI've been using this app for like 2-3 years till now, but recently I could not login using my credentials, It says: "you have sent too many verification requests.
5. You'll just blame the customer rather than the real problem which is your own security settings and unnecessarily waste my time won't you?It works fine at first but after a while you couldn't get the app to open.
6. It is super annoying especially because having bought the full service for the year but unable to access it.Its a good app for identify a spam call.
7. It keeps saying "validation is not active' whenever I try to sign up with new whatsapp number.
8. So, what the point?I used get contact to search unknown number to check if that scam or not.
9. When I try to use regular call to get my verification, the call suddenly stop and in the page I got nothing to fill.
10. Got "too many verification requests" error at sign up on my very request.
11. I wouldn't waste a moment of my time trying to help you fix it either.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Getcontact Issues
1. Fix Getcontact Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Getcontact: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Getcontact App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Getcontact" » Open Getcontact » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Getcontact » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Getcontact app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Getcontact servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Getcontact" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Getcontact app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Getcontact might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Getcontact. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Getcontact then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Getcontact not working
2. Fix Getcontact Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Getcontact be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Getcontact not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Getcontact may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I wanted to try get contact premium by clicking the “try for free” button.There was also written that I can cancel my subscription anytime I want. But purchase didn’t happen with Apple ID, so there is no Get Contact in subscription list and I can not cancel my subscription. I got charged for 1.76 and I want it to be refunded ASAP.
