1. I would give it 5 stars if the info and reminder portion worked properly.I took away a star because I feel abit disconnected from what I was doing it was so so fast! Slow it down abit and this app is golden.. It maps your daily progress, you can pick which exercises you want to do, and I'm sure it will get more harder and complex as the days go but it was an easy work out to get things started.
2. DOWNLOAD it if you want to sweat .Starts off nice and easy, but by day 6 I'm starting to feel that good burn on some of the exercises.
3. I took away two stars because it doesn't have the reset option, if you want to restart your 21 days because you couldn't finish it the first time it doesn't let you reset.
4. Overall good app for beginners or as a part of your full workoutI'm liking the app and the slow progression to the workouts but my height is wrong.. And I can't change it.
5. It's good but the difficulty of the exercises increases way too quickly and it's difficulty to keep with it, specially if you only have so much time for your daily workouts.
6. Some times it's difficult to know if an exercise is X number in total or each side.The app is pretty good, but the timing is to short so you have to pause the timer to be able to do the full number.
7. The Feedback option on the menu doesn't do anything, like at all, kinda suspicious....I lost about 5kg in 21 days using this app along another one, plus doing some diet.
8. No annoying adverts which is a bonus.The app is really nice with good workouts that starts slow.
9. Very accessible exercises, a beginner could do it, though they might want to take advantage of the pause button to get their sets in at their own pace.Only on day 2 but like how the app is set out.
10. I do all four sets every day and it's just enough to work up an easy sweat and doesn't last longer than 15 minutes.
11. I've been walking, but have just stayed the same weight for well over a week now unless my scale is broken but I'm hoping this does the trick..I absolutely Love this app!! Reminds me when it's time and shows what to do.
