1. I weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 days.put in my gender (f), age (27), height (67"), weight (166lbs) and it set my goals as to lose 96lbs and a goal weight of 69lbs!?!?! Are you kidding me? I cant find anywhere how to change this "goal".
2. The reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the app says my body fat is in the 30s, I have my body fat checked regularly and it is actually 18.8%. The app allows you to type in a correct number but does not save it and goes right back to saying it's in the 30s.
3. it has my BMI correct at 26, but for some reason its setting this crazy, unrealistic, unhealthy goal for me.
4. This is a simple app to work and great for tracking basic weight.
5. I have bought the paid app but I can't enter my body data like my Chest, Waist and Hip measurements in cms everyday.
6. It also automatically gives you a calorie plan with only knowing your age and weight.
7. Would NOT recommend this app to anyone!I think their BMI and weight scale is super wrong.
8. Either it is still in Kilos (even though it says LBS) or they just don't know what BMI actually is.Very good app.
9. Is it possible to enable features?App sucks, I entered My profile several times, will not save it.
10. Puts in its own unrealistic numbers.
