The app tells you what is coming next, you have a 30 second break between each exercise if you choose to use it, and the app also tells you to do the exercise correctly for maximum benefit as well as what that exercises targets specifically.

4. It's weird saying that, but it's really nice to have her talking beside me and mentioning what the particular exercise is working or is helping, and to have some reminders of breathing and such every now and then.
