1. Great app to use for security! The cloud coverage is the best bit in my book, always having stuff recorded! I look forward to the growth of this app! I kind of wish it had a cheap, full version with motion detection saving and more features, but with no ads, this by far beats the competition! 3. I have a mix of security cams, some IP and two phones and need a robust application for surveillance.Was a little glitchy at first but then sort of just started working perfect after a while of constantly using it.

4. I'm sure this app will get even better so it stays on my phone with my Canary and Wyse cams.I liked the application but it has a tendency to crash and lose all video and camera configuration.

It's okay, but I've tried other apps that can't work well on my phone, and this one reasonably does well.Glitches by crashing often and also missing chunks of feed.Usually it's obvious why apps exist with face-fulls of intrusive ads but this is the opposite - clean, straightforward and a joy to use.

7. Motion tagging with a green box would be great as well as a way to zoom and pan the camera remotely.

1. Fix Faceter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Faceter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Faceter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Faceter" » Open Faceter – Home security camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Faceter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Faceter – Home security camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Faceter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Faceter – Home security camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Faceter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Faceter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Faceter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Faceter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Faceter not working

2. Fix Faceter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Faceter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Faceter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Faceter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
