1. Permission controller app icant disable, uninstall,or even force stop it permission is greyed out storage is greyed out on most apps all my app can display over other app and notify system I change these 10 times a day.it doesn't say it has ads, but it's filled with way too many of them! plus, it's completely useless as one might expect from the description.

T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E.i am not sure if it was customer service or just plain luck,, i would go with customer service..i ran out of space on my tablet, i referred the problem to u guys,,, all the sudden my android system is working and i got spce for games , your custoner service was fenominal,,thanku app store ,, u rock.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Apps Manager Issues

1. Fix Apps Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Apps Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Apps Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Apps Manager" » Open Apps Manager - Your Play Store » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Apps Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Apps Manager - Your Play Store app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Apps Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Apps Manager - Your Play Store" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Apps Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Apps Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Apps Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Apps Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Apps Manager not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Apps Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Apps Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Apps Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
