Cisco eStore Customer Insights

1. It detects Parallel Apps as a work profile and doesn't allow to configure e-store Meraki saying there is already a work profile and this application do not support more than one. There were No work Profiles set up by me ( checked in settings) But the app says that other work profiles are detected and i have to remove in order to proceed.

2. After that app doesn't crash and it could finish setup and create work profile for me.Interface is simple and intuitive, Able to launch play store to install meraki SM app.

3. Looks like a bug.Same issue as others, app incorrectly says that there is already a work profile; doesn't detect pin unlock length and gives an error.

4. Failed!Shows "Work profile detected" eventhough removed all the apps and data within the work profile.

5. Incorrectly reports work profile exists.

6. Really badly put together process. Not able to configure on OnePlus phone because I'm using OxygenOS Parallel Apps.

7. This is what worked for me : goto play store and install an app called meraki SM.

8. I followed instructions and still can't get estore and Meraki Systems Manager to launch.

9. However after that not able to launch the application.

10. Please look into this.I use Oneplus 7 pro Oxygen OS.Horrible install experience.

11. Then install restore setup manger.
