Why should I report an Issue with Dare: Anxiety & Panic Attacks?

1. I need to learn how to handle these and that is just what this app does! The audios help me so much! Just having someone talking to me, guiding me , I have hope now :) there is a variety of audios from teaching you how to deal to emergency audio that reassures you that you will be okay!This app has helped me immensely, so I won't give it less than five stars, but I do have a suggestion - make the audios for the seven day challenges open in a player like the other audios.

2. Even closing and reopening the app doesn't reset you to the beginning of the audio.Rating it low for now with the hope it will get fixed... I like this app a lot, I think the challenges and helpful activities it has are really good for helping me with my anxiety, but it takes forever to load.

3. I consider this an acute issue for me at this time and don't feel that the content really fits my situation as much.I just started using this today and I truly appreciate the detail on depersonalization, as this is an area of anxiety that is incredibly scary at first and rarely talked about.

4. My only complaint is that there are very few audios for the categories and while they are all very good - I have probably already listened to all of the relevant content for me on the app in the first 2 weeks.

5. I have used the free trial for the first two weeks and think it's been helpful for calming me down when I need it.

6. The app has a lot of free audios to approach anxiety head on, and not run away from it.

7. I bought the book just because of the high quality of the audios, although I will say it's pretty glitchy and some videos don't even play on my Samsung S7.

8. For a carry-along service that is meant to mirror the book you could purchase, I find the price too steep to justify when I could, apparently, read myself to recovery cheaper.Great app, but has one big flaw.

10. The app has been solid in it's free model, enough calming and reassuring conversation to help you pause and take a moment and recover.

1. Fix Dare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dare" » Open Dare: Anxiety & Panic Attacks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dare: Anxiety & Panic Attacks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dare: Anxiety & Panic Attacks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dare not working

2. Fix Dare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
