1. I know you can't die from panic attacks but it sure does feel like it, and this app did an amazing job on helping me with me breathing! I don't know what else to say! If anyone is looking for a good app to help you through your panic attacks, this is the app! Again, thanks so much for this app! You're an amazing human being for making this appI'm in therapy for anxiety, and following the exercises on this app really help me a lot.
2. Its helped me be able to practice breathing techniques without the app.I didn't use this for a panic attack per se, I have an arrhythmia, and my heart rate can go up over 200bpm.
3. Maybe even do a couple of backgrounds to chose from; plain colours as well as forest or sea images.I literally JUST had a panic attack and this app got me through it soooooo well! Thank you so much for making this app and also thanks for not having ads.
4. Definitely would recommend.Could you give a choice for the amount of time/breaths for the exercises as some people's panic attacks can go on for a lot longer than 5 breaths so that you don't have to keep reassessing how you feel after only 5 breaths? Other than that I think it's a useful app.
5. This app has only 1 function and it does it - love the panic button iconIt definitely makes an anxiety attack not as severe.
6. Would love a setting to address that - would love a setting to turn the music or breath sounds off/adjust their volume - avatar choices would be a nice addition, instead of only having Beard Guy - I like how simplistic it is.
7. It is a useful and helpful tool when one is in public or unfamiliar places.Seems pretty good but I'd like to recommend changing the colour of the background from red to literally any other colour.
8. Helpful to calm beathing and focus when I'm having an anxiety attack.
9. I wish there was more than just breathing exercises, like maybe some progressive muscle relaxation or something like that, but the calming music is really helpful.
10. Certain colors don't calm, but instead induce more panic (red, orange) and I wish I could avoid those.
11. So I tried this app tonight to help me breathe slower, until my beta blocker started to kick in and slow my heart rate.
