1. It may be convenient for submitting documents, but it's a bit inconvenient to not know whether or not they are being successfully submitted.Can't get signed in it keeps saying wrong password.

2. There is clearly a technical issue here on the part of TennCare, and no clear way to report it.I want to know if anyone on the other end of this has actually tried to upload documents on the app or the website because Neither works, apparently for Anyone.

3. I also get tiny little boxes and text so I have to enlarge and then scroll side to side.the app is horrible! it took me forever to load my documents and it kept logging me out!The only reason I gave this app a one star is because I had to give a rating.

4. So it's not a wrong password.app was easy to use, and I was able to upload my documents and even correlate them! awesomeThis app is disappointing.

5. This app is the worst.Very handy App as well as easy to use..!This app is very convenient for uploading documents, however, even after the documents have been uploaded I'm unable to view them and I'm still receiving new notifications that I need to submit the documents by a new deadline.

6. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now It keeps saying system error even though I'm trying to reset my password.

7. I get the same error on the browser version of the website, as well (using Chrome), even when I literally copy and paste the password onto both the reset page and the login page.

8. I had to call TNCare to confirm they had received the documents (which they did) because the app is saying they did not.

9. It's supposed to allow me to read my documents online, but it won't open any of them.

10. It says I need to submit some documents but I have already submitted those.

1. Fix TennCare Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TennCare Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TennCare Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TennCare Connect" » Open TennCare Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TennCare Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TennCare Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TennCare Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TennCare Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TennCare Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TennCare Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TennCare Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TennCare Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TennCare Connect not working

2. Fix TennCare Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TennCare Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TennCare Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TennCare Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
