1. All of the circles turn green for the password requirements, but states the password doesn't meet criteria when submitting, with no explanation of what doesn't meet criteria.

2. Can't rate the rest of the app because it not being able to access it.why is it shared with a third-party why do you need to see my pictures and videos in my personal information!!?There's no way to navigate in this app.

3. You also have to login every time the app is opened, it doesn't keep your login information.As of Oct.

4. Wasted 30 minutes finding this out.Can't sign inImpressive site, Formatted Impressively, especially for the non-network users.

5. All the app did was keep sending me back to the clunky website.Was able to pay all my fines and tickets here.

6. Every time a link is clicked on, it takes you back to the login page, no matter how many times you log in.

7. Can't sign in ... Can't create an account ...Can't reset your password.

8. For example, its easily maneuverable for the internet illiterate....I installed this because the website was so clunky as to be useless.

9. The app account sign up process is trash.

10. Made appt at dl testing center and fir 1st tume in 8 yrs got my dl back.

1. Fix MyTN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyTN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyTN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyTN" » Open MyTN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyTN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyTN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyTN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyTN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyTN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyTN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyTN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyTN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyTN not working

2. Fix MyTN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyTN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyTN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyTN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
