Its just greatI've been using this app for my home workouts since December 1st, I decided to give a feedback/Review after 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks I've never seen a single ad, I'm an intermediate and the plans works for me, the water intake and reminder is a top up on the workouts and it has encouraged to meet my 2000 steps a day mark.
2. keeps the exercises interesting and sets the pace to help with consistency.The exercises are good only wished done of them had some beter explanation than a YouTube video.
3. How many calories you are gonna need per workout, step counter and it keeps track off how much water you drank.
4. It has a water chart and you can keep record of your water consumption, it tracks your steps daily and has wonderful training plans.
5. Finally it would be nice if the voice would announce the name of the next workout so that I don't have to look at my phone to see what's next.the app is really good.
6. I really enjoyed it, was a good workout, it even give the option to continue and keep workingout on another workout after it.
7. Second the rests in the workout don't match the plan.
