1. I wish there were more workouts but I realize that the app is free so I also have to be realistic lol.Great simple to use app.. I like that warm-ups and cool downs are integrated into each routine, such a simple feature but very few exercise apps have thisPerfect if you're looking for full-body, HIIT workouts.

Edit: after 3 routines I can say that I'm really working out, needed to take rest days after every routine because my muscles were in pain, yes I'm the opposite of "in shape", but I'm planing to to do at least 3 routines per week, and then 6 per week, really happy with the app so farI like that the app makes you work to have access to additional workouts.
