Trans Customer Insights

1. When no info appeared from my fitbit activity, I entered it manually in the Transform app (this is pre-device fitbit - activity being entered manually in the fitbit app as well.) Hours later, I can't see the specific activity, but the number of minutes is another plus 1/2 of what it should be, and there is absolutely no way of fixing this.

2. It is so frustrating when we need to use this app for a health program at work........ I need this app for the Transform program that I am in, but all of a sudden it keeps shutting down on me.

3. I have been in the blue mesa program now for 4 weeks and now I think it is finished now because none of the software works that I need to continue the program.

4. I have tried to complete modules many times this week and can't get through a simple 3-question quiz without the program shutting down.App keeps crashing every other week.

5. A difficult to run app also kills motivation to use it as it's intended for, to assist us to lose weight.Love the program but the app makes me want to give up! I have been fighting it for months.

6. App is supposed to sync with Fitbit but doesn't do it consistently and loses information after it has synced.

7. Currently is not syncing with the Fitbit, new issue as this has been working fine since September 2021.

8. There is either a lag in grabbing info from FitBit and the scale app, or the info doesn't appear at all.

9. I wouldn't recommend using this app for any fitness program.This app is pretty frustrating.

10. 09/24/21: Multiple issues with syncing weight to the point where I need to reflect it in the rating.

11. Yet, even doing this it doesn't sync right.12/14/21: This app was upgraded and I ended up having to uninstall it completely followed by a reinstall.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Trans Issues

1. Fix Trans Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Trans: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Trans App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Trans" » Open Transform » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Trans » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Transform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trans servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Transform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Trans app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trans might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Trans. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trans then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trans not working


2. Fix Trans Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Trans be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Trans not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Trans may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
