4. The rest of the app seems to be fairly good.I ended up going to my local branch to see if they could help as I was locked out of the app and therefore the online version.
5. Tried uninstalling to reinstall but I can't even do that now!!I used to be able to transfer from my account into another account of mine through this app bur it no longer seems to have this option.
6. (Ignoring the activate SecuriPass instructions.) That worked fine until the day came when I was forced to activate SecuriPass - back to the looping logins again.
7. First time I loaded SecuriPass I got the looping login syndrome.
8. On top of all this, the language of the app is no longer changeable, so it isn't even in french on my phone, just badly translated English.Have used in the past without issue, however now I'm unable to update the app on two different phones.
9. Rather than automatically accepting my fingerprint, o have to push a button first to tell the app that I want to login with my fingerprints.
10. You used to be able to retrospectively label deposits and name cheques, which made my accounting much easier, but you can no longer do.
11. The fact I was locked out because I repeatedly entered the correct 6 digit number which was not recognised remains the mystery.
