MyChart Customer Insights

1. I figured three star is average, but there is potential to be excellent! I would recommend this app to anyone, just be prepared for sporadic " errors " within the systemKeeps me in touch with my providers in a very unobtrusive way - so much better than phone calls on hold for an eternity with obnoxious unoffensive music and repeated, "Your call is very important to us..." Sometimes the limited options for "what do you need today..." menus will make it difficult to navigate/Get to "right" options, but we are used to that.I love being able to schedule/reschedule appointments, order prescription refills, pre-check in for appointments, and pay co-pays through the app.

2. Also, you can link specialists to get access to labs, demographics, and reminders for annual exams.I love the app, but the only thing its missing is allowing patients to schedule apppintments through the app rather than calling and being on hold for a long period of time.

3. I wish they never took the option out because it inconveniences is patients who arent able to call atthat time, and need to make an appointment for a certain date.

4. The app sends me these messages at least every other week! Please change the send time! It is nice to see test results and be able to look at x-rays fairly quickly.

5. Only draw back, is there are quite a few times it says" an error has occurred, try again later." Also, with some vaccinations, it wants you to go off site to see the "more information." It's worth downloading if you want to keep track of your health, appointments , even if you have a question.

6. Just need to give the patients the option of scheduling appointments.Frustrating! In many ways this is a good overall app, but trying to get any IT HELP is impossible.

7. I like being able to send a question to one of my doctors when I need information.

8. There seem to be multiple versions which are slightly different, and clicking on a link sent in an email brings up a version different from the one installed on my phone.

9. To set up MyChart, you need to enter your COVID-19 info, which we have; photo (required) of the vaccination record card.

10. Both of these are different from the version opened in a computer browser. There were graphs so you can compare your results.

11. Easy to navigate and get test results quickly.

  • I do not see a red X in My EPIC Chart, I have doctors in my chart that I do not know and have never been seen, how do I delete these doctors... These instructions are incorrect....under the “My Doctors”, select the provider that you would like to remove from your list (click once). Once highlighted, the red “X” at the top of that window becomes illuminated. Click it once to remove that provider; click “Yes” to verify.

  • I have been trying to use UW MYChart in Madison for a couple hours. I did a search on "Bing" for my chart. This message showed up under my general search. I am very upset about this as I believe this person's privacy is very much violated. justuseapp.com
