1. It is very difficult to use but if I say that it won't progress.. good grief!!The medical side of the app is very helpful to me as a patient, however the providers rely too heavily on its billing functionality...for instance, I am not the bill payer in the house, so any billing info to my app confuses things.

2. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't.So far, so good! I just opened my Trinity portal and it is super easy to navigate through... it's basically self explanatory! Having all my "doctor stuff" in one place, will be beneficial in the long run.

3. I don't know who has that kind of time to wait for an app, but I don't.Works great, but fingerprint biometrics doesn't work for passwordless login for just the app, and I have to use a password.

5. Easy to use, gives notifications on the important things, but isn't a hassle.The app itself has an easy flow to it, but when you try to sign using a fingerprint scanner it will accept Your print then sign you back out and make you start all over again, over and over and over.

6. Other than that it works great!I'm just thrilled to have a functional patient portal with a decent UI.

7. Being able to schedule our reschedule in the app is a lot better than getting kicked out of the old online system that didn't cover all your doctors.

8. I would highly recommend! There a very few issues - one issue I have is with the virtual appointment, I always get an error message so my doctor just has to send me a link in order to video chat.

9. It updated and wouldn't allow fingerprint entry and no matter how many times I try to recover or change my password I never get the email or text to do it.

10. However, on my Android phone, if I go to the Google web browser and login on the web page, passwordless biometric login, works just fine.

11. Also an emergency room visit can generate billing in the app, and bills from other providers outside the app.

  4. Check Trinity Health MyChart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trinity Health MyChart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Trinity Health MyChart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trinity Health MyChart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trinity Health MyChart not working
