1. I scan the QR code from the browser on it PC, then enter the security code into the browser, and it keeps telling me the code is invalid or expired.The fact that this shows up as 'Authenticator' in my list of apps means that hunting for the app using 'Epic' as a keyword reveals nothing.

2. I even uninstalled the app, installed it again, then did the whole setup process again, and even right after scanning the code with the app, the userweb still failed to accept the codes given by the app.Every code provided to me for step 3 of setting up the authenticator app failed to work.

3. Authenticate via email, it is simple and you won't waste your time!!I scanned the QR code and whenever I enter the security code they always say the code is expired or invalid.

4. It should be listed with the E's, not the A's.DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME ON THIS PLANT DOWNLOADING THIS APP!! I attempted to use a 6 digit code countless times without success, on each attempt the code had apparently expired within 2 seconds.

5. The setup page kept saying the code had already expired even though I kept using new 6 digit codes after they refreshed.

6. I scan the code and it doesnt recognise the 6 digits, I manually enter the key still doesnt work.

1. Fix Epic Authenticator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Epic Authenticator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Epic Authenticator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Epic Authenticator" » Open Epic Authenticator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Epic Authenticator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Epic Authenticator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Epic Authenticator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Epic Authenticator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Epic Authenticator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Epic Authenticator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Epic Authenticator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Epic Authenticator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Epic Authenticator not working

2. Fix Epic Authenticator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Epic Authenticator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Epic Authenticator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Epic Authenticator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
