1. It's frustrating trying to juggle between multiple apps to try to find passwords, only to have me have to restart the process because I've been kicked out of the app again for "my security."I used MyChart when it first came out as a web portal, I installed the app as soon as it was available.
2. MyChart strikes me as a good idea not well-vetted.Every time I have visited this office, the staff was very professinal, kind, polite and efficient.
3. Found one bill for physicians and did get it started on bill pay, but trying to access the hospital bill it wants to send me to another site.
4. And payments made through this app came out of my bank account but don't show up in billing so I got a back-dated bill today for $1000 since 2018, all of it stuff I paid.
5. Many pages have no "Go Back" option, including "help," "Learn More," "test results," and COVID information pages - user must log out and back in to go back.
6. Well written, great UI, and it lets me easily contact my doctor and his staff at any time.
