What users are saying

1. Great for keeping on top of visits, Doctor's notes ECT.. overall good experience with using this app.Overall it's a good app, but it doesn't replace dealing with actual human beings, and the constant notifications immediately before and after a doctor's appointment can be a distraction. The app is amazing! I would give it 5+ stars, but it does not let us enter or clear out that we have already had fluoride.

2. Very convenient for both patient and doctor.Once I changed my password a couple times I haven't had any more problems with logging in, fairly easy to get around in app.

3. Has also helped me in a pinch with paperwork for my social worker and stuff.I LOVE IT!! I have been using this app since VCU/MCV first started the website.

4. Easy to get in touch with all your doctor's for all your medical needs.

5. And it takes days for providers to return a message.Only thing is I wish there was a notes section for last visit on all visits listed.

6. Not user friendly in replying to doctor's msg.

7. Very easy to use and gives prompt information.I have used this to contact Billing several times with no response.

8. I love this app! It is so convenient and easy to use, navigate through different areas.

9. Other than that, perfect! Thank you for allowing real time review and communication for Healthcare team and Patient access.

10. If I only have a simple question I can submit it in portal and a nurse or doctor will respond back when they can.

11. I.E. medical questions, prescriptions, etc.Not user friendly to make appointments.

My son is a patient there. I am trying to create a VCU MyChart account so that I can then request child proxy access. I go to https://mychart.vcuhealth.org/MyChart/Signup and try to sign up but it says unable to verify. Please help. Can you maybe send me an activation code? My son's name is the same but he is Clifton Brooks Leight, III. Thanks, C. Brooks Leight

Can't get on site

I registered the account and was able to access for two months now all of the sudden they want to take access away and in turn is denying my right to view medical records. My access needs to be granted as it has been prior to now. Calling the service number only ends with the patient being placed on hold and no one returning to the phone.
