DJI GO 4--For drones since P4 Customer Insights

1. Flying drones is so fun and almost effortless, only issue so far isn't in the app itself but the small wire that connects to my phone, sometimes get disconnected because i move around the remote control midflight, but i read online that you can just use the long usb connection cable to avoid this, and plus it won't drain your remote control battery (if that's smart your looking for).Great App works great.

2. The only downside is that it's a big app, but be sure to call your picture folders for DJI ads (eg the Mavic Pro 2) after installing it and the app will take less space.Approximately two months ago I took my drone out for some flight time but the app would not open.

3. I've tried all variations of troubleshooting and people across the internet have nothing but issues with this software and their devices.LOOKS LIKE IT'S TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST DJI!!! I just can't win with you guys.

4. I hope the stability of the Android app will be improved.I'm sorry but this is literally the most frustrating piece of software I have ever owned in my life, and it's unfortunate that it's required to use their thousand dollar hardware.

5. It's compatible with a handful of devices, crashes frequently (like, multiple times in a session), and when it used to work on one of my devices it now no longer does, it says I have different hardware than I really do.

6. The old 4.3.2 version still works fine in 2 old Android phones and a old tablet, all you have to do is find it.Like most DJI products, this app works most of the time.

7. Just remember to update firmware right out of the box.Incredible user with my Mavic Air! The in-flight controls are seamless, and flight history displays all telemetries from past flights.

8. Then later in a different flight during a hyper lapse, the camera view froze for a long time and came back by itself, although the flight data was good.

9. I get stupid notifications all the time, like "return sticks to center " when they're already there...."mag interference" in the middle of nowhere.... Yesterday the video feed just decided to quit for no reason...right in front of a client.

10. They really need to release a list of FULLY COMPATIBLE and TESTED devices if they expect people to enjoy their $1300 hardware.

11. Side note, when the app was working correctly it was extremely easy to use and allowed me to fly without any problems.ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I'm also experiencing the same issues with the app.
