1. I have 45 goals and not a lot of time to sit and turn off and on and off and on all 45 goals if my bank account becomes short on funds.Edited 5/26/23: Oportun has made it so difficult to even access the app, I'm looking at other ways to automate savings.
2. If it isn't fixed soon, i will be closing my digit account, because the whole appeal is not having to think about it.I find it very convenient for maintaining a multitude of different saving goals, and it keeps me aware of my current bank balance daily, which I find nice.
3. When it changed to Oportun, the app barely worked(like as we speak its not working for Android), it's not as simplistic as Digit, I can't skip deposits , and the savings algorithm is horrible.
4. I can highly recommend it for mainting savings, but for investments, I'm not sure.I have saved so much money with Digit that I just cannot save on my own.
5. Looking for an alternative soon unless they fix it.I used to love this app, but when I first installed it as Digit, it had a simple interface where you click it, open the app, and literally everything was right there.
6. Honestly I'm seriously thinking about closing the account but I am not confident that my funds would come back smoothly.I loved digit.
7. 75% of the time the app doesnt work, never gets past splash screen- support has not been able to help and from the comments, they don't know what the issue is.
8. It's friendly, easy to use, and it makes saving fun.EDIT: The savings withdrawals started back up, but now I can't turn the app on.
9. It's not hard to just add a scroll and click, the interface is just bloated and clunky now.EDIT 6/4/23: The app is completely useless, just sticks on the title screen after you enter your credentials.
10. The service and the app used to be way better when it was just digit.co. I have been with Digit since for at least 7 years or so.
11. Now Oportun is lagging behind and causing me to stress over being able to access my own money.
