1. Pros: Biometric login is great, and the UI is mostly user friendly.I used to love it but months ago it stopped working on my phone because of an upgrade that made it incompatible with my version of Android (4.4.2). MEGA frustrating because I am rarely able to get to the bank to deposit checks and have had to go back to mailing them, which takes forever.
2. When you look at your deposit history it has a line for check # but no information & in spite of taking a photo the check, it is not easy to find!This was a really great app with unique features that most (and sometimes all) of the local competitors don't have.
3. It seems often features like pay a friend, mobile deposit, or even just internal transfers experience problems and aren't available for hours sometimes days.
4. What is the point of online banking that doesnt work? It feels like they cut a lot of corners with their app.Easy to use! Over the years ASB has made really useful improvements to their online banking app.
5. Easy to deposit checks, transfer money between checking and savings, manage bill-pay, look at statements - all the normal day-to-day stuff.
6. With the adjusted closures and shortened hours, being able to access the app and the specific features is crucial.The app mostly serves its purpose, but there are a few things that I wish it would do better.
7. Mobile deposit function is frustrating, when you endorse a check it will often not work.
8. I have not been able to find out if there is a workaround for this other than getting a new phone and am very disappointed :(Glitchy experience.
9. Please fix this issue, defeats the purpose of the mobile app otherwise.It has always been easy to do my banking on the go.
10. A different financial institution's app allows me to control my card from the app (freeze it, set travel plans, set up push notifications each time my card is used, etc.), but this one doesn't.
11. I've been giving it time thinking maybe its a glitch or holiday timing thing, but no it still hasnt fixed itself.
