1. The worst is that when using the robot voice navigation, the robot constantly warns you if you're not on your route - like every minute - and there's no way to turn off the warnings while recording.
2. The real-time navigation is also a bit off, sometime s telling you to turn right when you need to turn left to stay on the route.
3. How hard is it to add a waypoint on the map??? (This seems possible only sometimes and with no logic as to when) If you do succeed, the route planner takes the strangest routes including stairs and completely unsuitable paths.
4. This app is really good, offline maps for the whole region not just trails, and native connection to Garmin Connect.
5. I'm probably done with this app.Trail planning is very good and offline navigation has been great.
6. The arrow that is by my position dot was helpful when I was trying to determine the way to walk, but I'd like to have the map turn the direction that I'm standing instead of always facing north (I assume).
7. There is nothing so frustrating as planning a route on Komoot.A decent app for cycling.
8. This wouldn't be so bad, but many, many well-trafficked trails are not on the app's maps, so a huge amount of the time you have to pause the app to shut up the robot.
9. I would really like to recommend this app for the trail planning and navigation, but those aren't enough to justify the price.Dissatisfied with the poor customer/tech support.
10. After reading the response from Komoot I checked all the permissions and they are set to allow running in the background, Yet it will only work when active and the screen is on.
11. My GPS seems to be slightly off the Komoot data so a lot of times I was walking on the path but the program didn't recognize this--but I was still informed of turns I had to take.

I can't open your app, since yesterday Sunday 07mar21. That never happened before. I'm using iphone6s. I have enough space/ storage. All other apps working perfectly. I've restarted my phone twice. Please advise. As I've paid to be able to use the app.It's urgent.Regards
