1. The website has that, and it's a really convenient feature.Horrible, I updated the app and now I can't use it! Just tells me it's loading and load is taking longer than expected! Please fix I'd love to see my balance! I loved it before this problem cuz I was able to see everything and do what I needed to! UPDATE: I was able to click on forgot password and somehow that corrected my problem with being able to see my accounts! Now it's business as usual, no problems and resolved quickly without having to uninstall the app and do it again!I like this app but i can never use the the deposit check.

Just don't count on this bank no matter how niceUodate 1/28 The issue seems to be resolved but still takes a whole to log in..it does pop up a message saying it is taking longer than normal and to keep trying but eventually logs me in now.. A few days before the new version came out my app quit loading.
3. After going through the first long process of trying to sign in and getting all the messages about 'we're still trying" and "the connection is slow" (when it shouldn't be being im under perfectly good wifi every time) I can never sign in.
4. It just doesn't load anymore.I started having issues where the app was stuck on loading when I try to log in.
5. There is a menu to tell what all they tools they have for banking.App doesn't work 99% of the time.
6. Cant process right request at this time cont them for service.
7. I figured they have issues in the start of it but its been a long time now and still can never use it.
8. There is no point trying to get technical support to help, nor customer service.
9. Late fees disconnect fee and reconnect fee plus I expect this bank to charge me for overdraft fees as all the little things try to get paid.
10. I went to my phone settings, went to applications, went to the settings (or app info) of the app, and I cleared the data and cache.
11. I have called and talked to several people all the time over the course of the time.
