1. No clear view and comprehensive report on all my investments (only my saving account - you can't find information of time deposits, obligation, forex account, etc.), therefore I must say that this apps currently useless for my current banking needs.
2. Compared to mbanking apps from other banks, this is the worst.I'm customer of bank mega.
3. All other apps requiring connection are running smoothly and I have more than 175 GB of storage available! So, pls fix your appI tried to log in with fingerprints but constantly failed.
4. I've asked the employee of Bank Mega, I pick random 2 persons to open their M-Smile app, but it works normal on their mobile phone.
5. Apps always force close... Update apps with the new one still not helping..Error tidak bisa dibuka, force closeCan't even login.

10. What actually do you want? I had to take photo with my other phone just to share transfer proof.
