1. For example, fast started Sunday 6/09 5:30pm ending Wednesday 6/12 5:30pmI love the app!! The only thing missing that would make it perfect (for me) is it there were just a "start fast" button that started your fasting timer without having to choose a specific amount of time.
2. I like the notification when I've completed a fasting period - ding, time to eat! :) I did end up paying for the premium version because I found the ads super irritating.I almost wanted to keep this app.
3. It's essentially a timer that allows you to begin and end tracking fasting times, with a helpful countdown clock and reminder notification.

10. My only complaint is that the widget doesn't live up to its potential- it merely displays the countdown to the end of the fast, rather than allow you to start and stop the fast without opening the app first.
