Zero Calories Customer Insights

1. For example, fast started Sunday 6/09 5:30pm ending Wednesday 6/12 5:30pmI love the app!! The only thing missing that would make it perfect (for me) is it there were just a "start fast" button that started your fasting timer without having to choose a specific amount of time.

2. I like the notification when I've completed a fasting period - ding, time to eat! :) I did end up paying for the premium version because I found the ads super irritating.I almost wanted to keep this app.

3. It's essentially a timer that allows you to begin and end tracking fasting times, with a helpful countdown clock and reminder notification.

4. Would be nice to be able to set more specific fasting goals (by day, by week, etc) but it is still a great tool.

5. Also, the app's color scheme is kinda garish.I wanted a simple fasting app to get started again.

6. I wish the dialog box where you choose the length of your fast made more sense - the plus/minus buttons and slider bar are not that convenient, compared to just having a field where we can type in our desired number of hours/days.

7. But I've tried a couple fasting apps and this is still my favorite; I love knowing when I enter ketosis, autophagy, etc!I like this app.

8. The data points on the compare graph for fasting times are listed in minutes, which is pretty useless to me.

9. However, I'd like the app to notify me (with a chime or sound) when the fasting period is over, rather than having to constantly check it.

10. My only complaint is that the widget doesn't live up to its potential- it merely displays the countdown to the end of the fast, rather than allow you to start and stop the fast without opening the app first.

11. Great app for tracking fasting days and times.
