Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) Customer Insights

1. The watch is ok but the app is so bad! It is so confusing, has terrible english, switches settings ALL the time, and disconnects ALL the time! Also, my watch started doing this weird thing where it connects to other people's phones and I can read their messages? SUPER CREEPY!!! Definitely not worth it!!!Bracelet is pretty useful, but the app is the worst! Bracelet data never syncs to the app.

2. Also, the data for the run has an issue where incorrect "Elapsed Time" & "Moving Time" values are posted, so the activity on Strava is displaying wrong data & results.

3. Viva" GPS watch I am using works fine with this app, gathering data for runs, bike rides, & swimming.

4. I have 10 days left to return the watch on Amazon...hopefully this can be fixed soon in an update.My band is connected to Bluetooth, but it will not connect to the app.

5. Does not sync properly to Google fit, Google fit shows less steps than my watch / this app.

6. I have to manually note down how many steps I've walked at the end of the day, else I lose all the data as the bracelet resets at midnight.

7. I'd settle for being able to find the .gpx files on my Android device somewhere and manually upload those to Strava, but I don't see those either.

8. Before adding any other features, it's important to get at least the basic functionality and data collection to be reliable.

9. I've checked the settings, logged out of the app, deleted and re downloaded the app, and reset the watch.

10. This app synced two runs (took a long time to complete), now runs will not sync, the swims never synced.

11. It's a good selection, but a few fresh ones would nice now and then since we can't use the community apps.I do not know if it is the recent update, or if this app is just not up to the task.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) Issues

1. Fix Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro)" » Open Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) not working


2. Fix Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

  • I made a account with Zeroner Health account on then installed on my Kalinco watch and made several errors during installation. I have uninstalled the app in hopes of reinstallation, but can't because of my account with Zeroner. Would you please delete my account so I can reinstall and make a brand new account?   • I've been having issues with this app. It is not connecting to my Orit smart watch. I tried clearing cache, force stopped, uninstalling the app but no luck. After reinstalling, I cannot reset my password and it is giving me error 'unknown mistake(1)'. Kindly advise, thanks

  • Hello. I have been trying to open the app and it doesn’t. Once I downloaded and click on the app, it just closes again. I have tried everything from restarting the phone to deleting and then downloading the app again and nothing seems to work. I have bought the watch and I can’t even use it.
