1. I'm sorry, but if this doesn't start working, I'm going to have to return the watch and get a different system altogether.works well for steps, workout, heart rate, blood oxygen.

2. The heart rate appears to work fine, but the blood pressure reading usually times out before registering and the O2 results are suspect.

3. Heart rate doesn't work, blood pressure doesn't work.

4. I will keep it as I have already spent money and it started crashing a day after I could return.I can't figure out how to get the sleep tracker to work 😫.

5. fix that and i'll change the rating to 4.5. fix the blood pressure auto set and you will get 5.The band is too difficult to take apart for charging; and the angle of the USB male makes it difficult to charge correctly.

6. When you take a continuous heart rate reading over any length of time and then try to look at it, you are only able to advance the result time line by a minute or so at a time, so if you do an hour or more reading, you will be swiping for ever and ever to review the whole period.

7. Vitalwatch reviews were good? It won't do a main functionality??? Someone want to save it from the landfill?The tracker seems to work well.

8. What's the point of having something that only works when others want it to work, and not when you need it to work.

9. The KoreTek watch works fine, but what's the point of having it if I can't track progress? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still got nowhere.

10. I'll have to pay more for something that actually works.Well, got this band to get in better shape and 2 weeks in the app won't synch and keeps crashing which is kinda defeating the purpose of having this thing.

11. Update, Customer service sent me a link to a manual which mentions nothing about sleep tracker and will not zoom large enough to read.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DayBand Issues

1. Fix DayBand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DayBand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DayBand App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DayBand" » Open DayBand » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DayBand » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DayBand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DayBand servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DayBand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DayBand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DayBand might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DayBand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DayBand then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DayBand not working


2. Fix DayBand Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DayBand be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DayBand not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DayBand may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    App Menü Translation to german is horrible. Check ist by german Translation Spezialist.
    Als Funktion for sleep Check is not useabel Brause after 0:0 Uhr is no real time.
    Also the measurment for bloodpressur an heatrate is not real....evry time same result. Ist is nee a new Software for the koretrak watch and als for the dayband koretrack app

  • Hello DayBand,
    I love my DayBand and the "sleep feature" wasn't working at all for a long time at 1st for awhile and then out of the blue it started taking my sleep cycle, (which is so crucial for me with chronic insonmia), and the past week it just stopped!
    I have know idea why this is happening and I bought "2 DayBands" so I have it at my summer lake home.
    Please help me asap with this for I'd really appreciate it!
