1. THE REAL DOWNSIDE is how much battery power it takes from my phone! And even turning off the watch and leaving it in its charger, force-stopping the phone app and turning off Bluetooth, after a time the phone would alarm with "lost phone".Random alarms that will not be turned off! 4am, 9:37am, 523pm.

2. Shouldn't have to go through that for an update!I think its a great app, but I really just wanted it to tell me the weather, date, time, remind me of alarms, set a timer, read and receive messages, and be able to make a phone call or receive one.

3. I'm slightly dyslexic, so I read slower anyway, but as there are more than one pieces of info to read on the face too, I wish that it would stay lit more than 2 seconds.Act I: The update has frozen this app on my phone, android version 7.0. It won't let me log-in, reset the password, or create a new account.

4. Just fix the damn alarms for no reason!!!I have my watch for one day and I can tell you I don't like it, it doesn't count steps correctly, the sleep option is inaccurate, the flip wrist to see the time doesn't work as quick as it should.

5. I hope that FlagFit will be able to address this problem -- at which point I will be more than happy to revisit this review.I bought a fitness watch and this was the app linked to it.

6. Looking further, I found that the Get Captcha button is actually sending an email to the email address entered with a verification number (that went into my junk folder) and is located on a different computer.

7. But the only thing that I wish was different about it, which I don't seem to be able to find an adjustment for is, the amount of time that the screen stays illuminated - when looking at it.

8. Oh yeah because it can connect to my Bluetooth problem free BUT won't sync with the App! can't set the time, date,!I wish this would sync to Google Fit.

9. If they get it to sync with Google Fit, they'll get five stars and an update on this entire post.This is my first Fitness watch, and I really like it.

10. Frustrating app! I was able to register for my account and all just fine, HOWEVER this app won't let me bind the watch to my device.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlagFit 2.0 Issues

1. Fix FlagFit 2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlagFit 2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlagFit 2.0 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlagFit 2.0" » Open FlagFit 2.0 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlagFit 2.0 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlagFit 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlagFit 2.0 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlagFit 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlagFit 2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlagFit 2.0 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlagFit 2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlagFit 2.0 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlagFit 2.0 not working


2. Fix FlagFit 2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlagFit 2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlagFit 2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlagFit 2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
