There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by DayBand:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete DayBand".

3. Delete DayBand on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.

3. Select "DayBand" and Click "Uninstall".

• I purchased a smart watch & the recommended app was Dayband
  I downloaded & installed the Dayband app
  The app icon show on my phone.
  I registered my email & password with Dayband
  Bluetooth on my phone found the watch - DA-2581
  I tried to login using my email address & password that I registered.
  Received a message "Account or password incorrect . Please re enter"
  Without my asking I received a verification code from Dayband>code@redacted I do not know what to do with the verification code.
  How do I connect to the app so I can get the time, day date on my watch.
  I bought the watch , a C6T from "fairy_me" I they are unable to help me.

• Hi there,
  I purchased a fitness tracker that is linked to DayBand. Have tried numerous times to download the app only to be advised that I am unable to do so due to a problem on DayBand's side. Could you please advise how I may resolve this issue?
