1. It doesn't record any useful data about my fitness or my heart rate.

10. Data recorded in the app for me can change over night, an example from last night is I went to bed on almost 13,000 steps for the day and today it shows only 256 steps for all of yesterday.

11. Recommend you buy a different band so you aren't stuck with this rather poor app.It's easy and to use and set your goals or change them as you gain energy and increase in endurance.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DayDay Band Issues

1. Fix DayDay Band Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DayDay Band: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DayDay Band App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DayDay Band" » Open DayDay Band » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DayDay Band » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DayDay Band app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DayDay Band servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DayDay Band" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DayDay Band app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DayDay Band might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DayDay Band. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DayDay Band then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DayDay Band not working


2. Fix DayDay Band Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DayDay Band be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DayDay Band not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DayDay Band may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

How do I get a captcha to register and log in

Am still unable to register. Defeating the object of why I got the KoreTrak in the first place. Please advise as I don't want to have to send it back. Thank you
