Try to figure out how to disconnect the device whichever way it wants me to do so and there's nothing in the help area that consists of this issue!!Update: after removing the app and reinstalling the app it started working fine again, so I give it four stars, there are some minor issues but it works fine and so is the watch.

2. I also think that a lot can be done to improve the device.I've had mine a little over a month now, I loved my watch, the app (besides the sleep tracker not working at first) until today when I realized it wasn't synced to my phone.

3. When bluetooth is disconnected , the watch should alert with vibration and Flagfit app also alert with song.So we can easily know if the watch power down.Incoming call alert is too short, the band vibrates only ten times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlagFit Issues

1. Fix FlagFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlagFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlagFit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlagFit" » Open FlagFit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlagFit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlagFit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlagFit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlagFit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlagFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlagFit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlagFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlagFit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlagFit not working


2. Fix FlagFit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlagFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlagFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlagFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
