1. I'm sorry, but if this doesn't start working, I'm going to have to return the watch and get a different system altogether.works well for steps, workout, heart rate, blood oxygen.

2. The heart rate appears to work fine, but the blood pressure reading usually times out before registering and the O2 results are suspect.

3. Heart rate doesn't work, blood pressure doesn't work.

4. I will keep it as I have already spent money and it started crashing a day after I could return.I can't figure out how to get the sleep tracker to work 😫.

5. fix that and i'll change the rating to 4.5. fix the blood pressure auto set and you will get 5.The band is too difficult to take apart for charging; and the angle of the USB male makes it difficult to charge correctly.

6. When you take a continuous heart rate reading over any length of time and then try to look at it, you are only able to advance the result time line by a minute or so at a time, so if you do an hour or more reading, you will be swiping for ever and ever to review the whole period.

7. Vitalwatch reviews were good? It won't do a main functionality??? Someone want to save it from the landfill?The tracker seems to work well.

8. What's the point of having something that only works when others want it to work, and not when you need it to work.

9. The KoreTek watch works fine, but what's the point of having it if I can't track progress? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still got nowhere.

10. I'll have to pay more for something that actually works.Well, got this band to get in better shape and 2 weeks in the app won't synch and keeps crashing which is kinda defeating the purpose of having this thing.

11. Update, Customer service sent me a link to a manual which mentions nothing about sleep tracker and will not zoom large enough to read.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DayBand Issues

1. Fix DayBand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DayBand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DayBand App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DayBand" » Open DayBand » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DayBand » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DayBand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DayBand servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DayBand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DayBand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DayBand might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DayBand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DayBand then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DayBand not working


2. Fix DayBand Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DayBand be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DayBand not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DayBand may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • You sent me a new Koretrak because the one I had would not charge which is great. However it does not record sleep pattern. Looking at the comments it seems this is a common problem. The previous one did not record sleep pattern either. Are you working on how to fix this? It was one of the main functions to lead to me choosing this product.   • From the 'devise' page I saw that there was a firmware upgrade available. I applied it and there was no problems during the upgrade. However, after the upgrade I no longer have any blood pressure functions. All my previous blood pressure data is gone and the option to take a new reading is gone on both the band and the app.

  • As promoted updated my device yesterday . Update described as successful! Now have no Blood pressure measuring screen on DayBand.
    Blood pressure measuring on app confirms DayBand does not have this facility! Has worked from Nov2020 to 31 May 2021 without problems. Please let me know how to correct this fault. Thanks

  • The sport setting on my Dayband does not record all of the metrics and always stops before I reach the one-mile mark. I did a forced stop to try to fix the problem. Now neither the watch nor my phone reads blood pressure anymore. I'll be very grateful if you can hlep me fix the problem.

  • DAYBAND not Tracking sleep. If it doesn't work properly just let me know and I'll give up. It's not a big deal but was one of the reasons I bought the DayBand. Apart from sleep the DayBand works fine. I have tried wearing DayBand on my left hand but in the right place but nothing shows. Could the problem be my sleep pattern which is unusual i.e. 14:30 to 23:00?

  • I just purchased the Koretrak fitness tracker and can't register it. I downloaded the Dayband app but when I try to register the tracker nothing happens.
