I can't register on my phone. Says I need to do captcha but there is no captcha to reproduce or respond to so it times out and I cannot get any further. How do I fix that. I was also reading that the blood pressure recording is not functioning. Has this been resolved? I need to have that.

I have been unable to access my DayBand app since yesterday. It normally opens automatically. I can't log in, I've tried password reset and still can't log in. I'm just seeing a spinning wheel and lots of colours bouncing across the screen with potential to cause a headache. I don't want to reset and lose my previous dats. Can you help?

My wife and I both own dayband watches. Both stopped recording blood pressure. Have emailed several times. I expect an answer and solution before contacting BBB and Amazon about defective product and no support.

I have a new Koretrak Day and that I set up just yesterday. It was working fine and was doing everything I hoped it would do. I wore it to bed and when I got up it would no longer turn on. I tried powering it up for several hours and there is still a black screen. I tried shutting off Bluetooth, shutting down the phone and restarting it. At this time my phone went crazy for a while but is fine again but the phone is still dead, no activity at all. Please help, I love it and I want so much to use it. My husband has one just like it and his is working perfectly....help!!

My son Stewart Scott bought 2 watches for my wife and I last September. I could not get them charged as I tried through my Computer USB ports. Just recently I managed through other USB Chargers. My wife's watch works ok but mine is very intermittent, more often than not I cannot see the time when I look and then have to go through all the other reports to get to it. It is a KoreTrak-A4DE. I cannot past the initial long in to be able to use the Koretrac. I was able to get the blue tooth done, but my phone won't let me turn it on because I need an app. I have tried multiple times on different days and still cannot get in. I did once, but it would not let me back in. I am about to smash this thing with a hammer and try a fitbit. My question: how many letters, numbers etc are required for creating the password??????? I do not see it anywhere.

My dayband app will not open on my phone. Reset my password and still won't open. Sign in way too small and will not expand. You need to make it bigger or expandable...not everyone has great eyesight.

I left one point out of my last complaint. In an effort to coax my deviced to start tracking all of the information it's supposed to, I forced the app to stop on my phone. Not only did this not help, it wiped out all of the blood pressure readings I'd taken and eliminated the BP function on both my phone and my DayBand. This is extremely frustrating and I'd like to have it corrected as well.

DayBand App stopped working on my Samsung a71

I've had my DayBand for two months now and I still have not been able to make it record my sleep hours properly . I've also not been able to make the sport tracking work properly. My device will keep track of the duration and the steps I've taken, but the distance counter always stops at 0.3 miles and the speed never changes from 4.0 mph. Worse, when I finish, it get a message saying I haven't travelled enough of a distance to be recorded (though I've gone more than 10,000 steps) and it deletes the information for the workout. Today I accepted an update to the app on my phone and since I restarted my phone, it won't recognize my password. I've gone through all of the tutorials I can find and done everything I can with those, but I have to admit that it's a problem that the menus I'm shown on my phone don't match those the instructions reference - such as for allowing DayBand to run in the background. I have my Kore track pro watch for about a week, but still I can't use blood pressure monitor. once I get pulse icon I can see BPM but even I met somewhere that I should leave for 20 seconds to start monitoring, the program is closing down and it is useless. The only reason I bought this watch is BPM, but I can't use it for that purpose. I've tried to register on application but I am getting to one position and wont let me thru the end.

I am disappointed NOT to have received any reply to my previous email dated 2 June 2021 and my follow up email to Jc.huang@ute on 4 June 2021. My complaint is that on 1 June 2021 received Update request via DayBand App which appeared to update successfully BUT the update DELETED the blood pressuring measuring feature from the DayBand which had previously been available from Nov 2020 to May 2021

PLEASE can DayBand Support contact me ASAP and resolve the problem caused by the upgrade.

After doing your update I no longer have blood pressure or oxygen level reading. The only things I get are heart beat, steps and sleep function

Updated software and now the Blood pressure is gone .... I bought 2 of these particularly for my wife and I to monitor our blood pressure ...... I am so pissed .... how do I get it back ... my wife hasnt updated hers yet and never will now ...... I want it to do what it advertised and how it worked when purchased..... If this is not fixable I will return both daybands and make a claim with the States Attorney for consumer fraud
