WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DAYBAND AND THE DAYDAYBAND

I have just bought a Koretrak Pro and have downloaded the DayBand App to my phone and paired it.
I have tried Registering using both this cduxb@redacted and cbduxb@redacted [using different passwords], but have received no confirmation of successful registration and cannot login either. Both my 16 year old Grandchildren have tried too, without success.

The font on the phone is tiny and may be compounding my problem.

I'm a new user of korectrak pro in Australia. I downloaded Day Band and my watch's features seemed to be working well peraps withexception of sleep monitoring. Am unable to find where I can insert/enter day band verification code on my phone. Problem is I get repeated phone calls from day band every evening and verifupication code is sent to me. So how where can I enter verification code and I also dont know how to process Captcha on the phone. Please tell me how and what I can do about this problem. Thanks, Nyi.

The app shuts off on its own and my phone displays a message to close app send feedback etc. I do send feedback for it closing what is the deal with not helping after seeing a valid Complaint ? I would like a answer to why it's happening and don't use its my phone or internet my phone is brand new today and my internet is just fine I got into it this am but now it closes just as fast if not faster than opening up. My complaint is your useless app that yall make excuses for not working the developer don't know there ass from a hole in the ground I'm pissed off why doesn't your app work it opens just to close and don't dare say it's my phone or my internet. Give me a fix it

I set up an account online because I couldn't do it with the app, it wanted me to put in a captcha but it wasn't showing me one. So I have an account now but I can't log in with the app. Doesn't like the password. Tried to change the password online and it won't let me error 405

Can I have the phone connected to the watch while it is connected to Bluetooth headphones or will the app update itself later from the watch? By the way this is not a complaint and I don't need to calm down.

My dayband has stopped registering my sleep patterns

Hello Staff Dayband I replaced my old Smartfhone with a new one and by downloading your application for my smarth watch I don't remember the email or the password anymore I tried several times to enter the ones I remembered but nothing to do requesting a new login it tells me that I must have a code that I do not know I tried without login ignoring it by going directly to the configuration at the end of the procedure after entering my data activated the bluethot and geoposition and bringing the cell closer to the smartwatch it detects it but when I select the aforementioned it comes out that the application has crashed and I close how should I do to reset everything as before and have the application efficient?

I have now managed to register device with FB. However despite Bluetooth and location being on. Sony smartphone Android 8. It does not see the watch?. I am at the point of sending this watch back for a refund!. Software was updated to latest, today still won't connect. bwizz60@redacted
