I purchased the watch and it worked great the first day. The second day I had to reset it in order to get it to start counting steps. Today the same thing it won’t start counting steps. I don’t think the answer is to reset it every day. Do you have any ideas

Why is CARTCHA not sending an email when I Push Get on the registration? Not signed in to email on any other device. Seems like no one knows why.

When I try to register, the captcha does not show up, therefore iI cannot type it in the registration page. Cannot even read the instruction manual sent. type too samll even with a magnifier.

no complaints. the weather info displayed is for the wrong location. It displays info for johnson city, MO. I live in johnson city but in another state. nothing on my phone refers to the locaton that is displayed. That's the only problem i have had. Thanks.

i can't get the captcha when i am trying to register

(1) When first purchased watch showed BP. Since am update months ago that service is missing. Why? (2) How to reset the time/date to the current eastern standard time?

I updated it firmware and now took away the blood pressure screen on my core track but I really like to have that blood pressure monitor and it was keeping up pretty good to what I really had why take it away I don't expect to depend on it but it does help me keep myself in check it was pretty accurate I double check with another monitor

How can I set the time feature to stay as primary display? Also, the time feature only displays for 4 secs.

I downloaded the DayBand app, and when I try to register in the app it does nothing. I went to settings on my phone, turned on all permissions to the app, still won't let me register. I even reinstalled the app, got the same results.

There is something wrong with signing into your app. The captcha key is not working. I cant sign in. I received my watch for Christmas and am unable to use it properly.

I have been using the Dayband app to analyse the data from my activity wrist band. I have tried many times to set up an account by registering, but every time I am requested to fill in the Catchpa (spelling?) entry. I need to reset this band.It didn't monitor my over 10,000 steps today and this is the second time it's done this and it pisses me of enough where I'm ready to file13 this thing. File 13 means throw it in the freaking Trash!

I have a new Note 20. Ever since I got it, if I walk away from my phone, my KoreTrak DayBand Fitness Tracker turns the volume of my phone from mute to high and plays music. It's really starting to annoy my co-workers! Here's what I've tried so far: 

1. I blocked all notifications in the DayBand App in Settings

2. In the app settings itself, I have turned off ALL notifications

3. I called my carrier (Ting). They couldn't help me. 

4. I called Samsung. They couldn't help me. 

5. I emailed the developer for DayBand. They never responded.

I'm at my wits end trying to fix this! You'd be my hero if you can help me figure this out!!

Due to several things not working correctly I reset the dayband but now cannot login or open a new account. Answer please or I have wasted more money!
