1. Development team, provide the option to manually enter one's date of birth in the Personal Data Cleanup section.I have to turn off McAfee to be able to connect my phone to my car Bluetooth because VPN doesn't allow pairing the device, so I can't use my car screen for GPS.

2. Last year had issues with it draining my battery dry; would drain my full battery in 4 hours, now it has me log in and then doesn't recognize my account, it does say it renews in October but trying to make me pay for things that were already paid for when i renewed last year.

3. Also, it frequently turns off the protection automatically, so I have to log in and turn it on manually.advice to other consumers: STAY WITH NORTON ANTIVIRUS PRODUCT!!!!! I deeply regret paying for this service.

4. The widget is gone, cache cleaning and memory optimization has been removed, and my secure VPN refuses to turn on for both wifi and data connections.

5. I don't like the auto renewal policy, which makes me feel like I'm forced to sign up in order for subscription to work.The past few updates downgraded the app.

6. The downsides are, I have had to reinstall the app several times to because it wouldn't open AND I cannot manually enter my date of birth; I have to scroll back for several minutes because I'm older.

7. VPN constantly disconnects and you have to manually turn it back on every single time.

8. Not only that, but I apparently have been automatically signed out of my device's subscription, so I had to manually add the code back in.

9. I paid for a two year subscription, and the mobile app doesn't work.

10. I have to turn off McAfee, then turn it back on after driving each time.

11. To make matters worse it has a hard time opening up to the login page and then claims the information is incorrect.

1. Fix McAfee Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart McAfee Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the McAfee Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "McAfee Security" » Open McAfee Security: Antivirus VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for McAfee Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear McAfee Security: Antivirus VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from McAfee Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "McAfee Security: Antivirus VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check McAfee Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, McAfee Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall McAfee Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall McAfee Security then reinstall.
