1. I don't understand why they call it Sprint Complete Security when all it does is let you know if your email and other apps password has been compromised.

2. It's a digital password book that protects itself.I am experiencing the same issue I spent 2 hrs adding because sprint complete said an account associated with my email was hacked set up my keyphrase.

1. Fix Sprint Complete Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sprint Complete Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sprint Complete Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sprint Complete Security" » Open Sprint Complete Security » click "Update".
