I've learned about many really helpful topics, the check ins are very short and easy, the whole tone of the app is endearing and makes it pleasing to interact with :-) I've shown it and recommended it to a few people; of all the strategies I have employed to develop a more positive outlook, this CBT-based app has made the biggest difference.
2. Two "downsides" are 1) it doesn't count a check-in before it's daily times reminder, so it loses track of streaks and 2) it's an AI program, so it can struggle on some responses, and you sometimes have to choose a close enough answer.I've been using Woebot for about 15 days.

Hello. I just wanted to find out how to delete an inadvertently selected mood in the mood tracker. I decided to indicate a different mood, but instead two emoticons appeared in the calendar. I have not found a function with which it would be possible to erase it. It is also very inconvenient that it is not possible to delete the account itself. I hope that you will add this feature, because it will significantly facilitate the process of using the application, especially for people like me who like to start using similar applications from scratch when they have been away for a long time. By the way, realizing that I couldn't delete the account myself, I decided to create a new one, but for some reason I couldn't do it. Well, my main question is still about the possibility of deleting the selected mood.
