Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The Chief Complaint Issues

1. Fix The Chief Complaint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart The Chief Complaint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the The Chief Complaint App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Chief Complaint" » Open The Chief Complaint » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Chief Complaint » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear The Chief Complaint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Chief Complaint servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Chief Complaint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Chief Complaint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Chief Complaint might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Chief Complaint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Chief Complaint then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Chief Complaint not working


2. Fix The Chief Complaint Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Chief Complaint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • Money was taken from my account from an ATM on the 18th I have gone to all steps that way to go has asked me to go through mailing them faxing them all of the situation still nothing has been done I have been hung up on the phone multiple times given fake numbers for corporate office numbers this is my unemployment is the only money that I have to live on the situation has happened to multiple people at the same ATM and our situations were fixed within 24 hours I am now going on 72 hours and they are telling me that it will be 45 to 72 days before they will hand me my money back
