Perhaps if paying full price they would quit selling/sharing, not doing it.I have to change this because after the later update I haven't been able to use this at all because everytime I open the app, it tries to get me to subscribe to Call Filter Plus but I stick to the basic plan but then it never goes beyond that.

2. Something Verizon is doing (or not doing) is making it easy for these calls to still come through.Haven't noticed a difference in the number of spam calls with this app installed.

3. It was disabled and switched back to the other app, yet today there was a significant number of bad calls, only to find Call Filter was again active.

4. I have a company phone and have to use the free version and it doesn't work! Plus they should be responsible for filtering calls, not me.

5. You can block calls as they come in but that's a meaningless feature since spammer/scammers use a large range of phone numbers and rarely use the same one twice.

1. Restart Verizon Call Filter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Verizon Call Filter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Verizon Call Filter" » Open Verizon Call Filter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Verizon Call Filter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Verizon Call Filter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Verizon Call Filter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Verizon Call Filter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Verizon Call Filter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Verizon Call Filter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Verizon Call Filter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Verizon Call Filter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Verizon Call Filter not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Verizon Call Filter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Verizon Call Filter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
