2. I can't watch videos in landscape mode.And again, what is the purpose of this app except taking up room on your device? Boring, old and out dated info.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Inside Verizon Issues

1. Fix Inside Verizon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Inside Verizon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Inside Verizon App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inside Verizon" » Open Inside Verizon » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inside Verizon » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Inside Verizon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inside Verizon servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inside Verizon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Inside Verizon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inside Verizon might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Inside Verizon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inside Verizon then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Inside Verizon not working
