1. Your workers are shooting in the dark trying to figure out what is wrong with this app.I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday and a few minutes short of two hours earlier today with different levels of tech support at Verizon trying to kill the Annoying Verizon spam message wanting me to update to premium call filter.
2. Very disappointing to sit in the car for 2 hours in a parking lot and still didn't solve the problem with the Verizon tech support.🤕🤕🤕It's questionable, no apps or internet browsers work while Safe WiFi is on.
3. for a couple days it works then I don't see it's on so I go to turn it on and it does nothing but get stuck loading turning the VPN on.. I've had to uninstall and reinstall over just for this program to work please fix this issue.
4. But doesn't work with the one feature you really need it for which is the Safe WiFi....Totally useless.
5. Now the Safe WiFi won't work at all It tells me I'm secure, but I have no VPN, and just keeps trying to connect.
6. Also, Safe WiFi VPN feature doesn't play with several streaming apps.
7. We still have not been able to keep it from popping up when my wife goes to block a phone number that she doesn't recognize.
8. I have u installed and reinstalled, changed password, still problems, 6/18/23 Update: 6/19/23, obviously you sent a standard answer and did not even read my issue.
9. seems like its the same problem for years, and your support team sells me an upgrade instead of offer a solutionVerizon, we are upset that this app is constantly active and draining the battery despite any modifications to the app's settings.
10. It's listed in settings as a trusted network, but it still pops up every 30-ish minutes asking if I want to connect to it.
11. Patching the OS to remove the notification doesn't address this issue, it just keeps people from knowing what you're up to.
