What users are saying

1. Would love for it to be like the system default missed call.(edit) somehow all of my msgs and calls were deleted.I am using this additional number as my business line and most times I'm not able to make/receive calls or texts, which is unacceptable; I'm missing money whenever this happens.

2. When I get a call it makes the phone open to my Bluetooth settings (???), sometimes I can feel the phone vibrate, but cannot answer it.

3. This is really getting to be a waste of money.Terrible. The app immediately drops a call if another call or text comes in on the main phone.

4. Even though I've gone through the settings six ways from Sunday, the notification dot does not show up for missed calls, text messages, or voicemail.

5. Also - is there a reason it's so horribly ugly and clunky looking? You'd think it could look more professional and streamlined... I don't know... Maybe like the other primary line's text and phone app...?? It's almost embarrassing to pull up the app and use in front of someone, it's so barebone looking.

6. New issues now for few weeks now, no audio whatsoever with calls with ear piece, speaker phone, or Bluetooth.

7. Like others saidit opens up the Bluetooth menu when making or receiving calls then does not work with a Bluetooth device.

8. If I missed a call I have to have the app open to see it.

9. Call quality is fine and on a par with my main number.

10. Notification for missed calls arent always shown in notification bar.

11. Half the time you cannot make calls at all and when you answer incoming calls sometimes the other person can't hear you.
