1. I mean every time I try to scan my device it literally gets stuck & freezes at around 50 to 60% of the time! I have never been able to get it to do a full scan! It's useless if you ask me! It would be nice if it would do a complete scan and show the results & that there are no threats.
2. Disabling it and force quitting it seems to have stopped it working. The latest update drains battery and is constantly running in the background even though I have it set to scan once a week.
3. Now that would be great! The fact that it gets stuck and never finishes scanning really sucks!! Unfortunately It's a complete waste of time! 🙄It did not come pre-installed, has an uninstall option, but will not STAY uninstalled.
4. I had to turn off "critical notifications" in order to stop getting buzzed every time an app is scanned and no threats are detected.
5. I have no choice at this point. Not only does this app report it is using battery, there is a one click option to extend this app to other devices for 6.99 a month.
6. If you're walking around, and there are different wifi areas you're going through, it keeps popping up a window to "connect securely".
7. Offered me a "FREE" trial of Verizon Safe Wi-Fi but I couldn't find any explanation of what that does.
8. There is a checkbox to remember that the wifi is safe, but selecting it does nothing to stop this.
9. I don't have access to the information it has collected by scanning and this should be an option for customers to easily see the things like "web attacks" it keeps telling me that it has stopped.
10. Thanks Verizon! This app started interrupting my internet access with frequent popups saying my home wifi isn't secure.
11. It does NOT have the "disable" function that other bloatware DOES have, and which I DO know how to use - that is NOT a solution, despite what a response to my original review has suggested.
